Games are always fund to help us relaxing, passing time or even to exercise the mind with a strategy game. From time to time I like to stop reading on my iPad to get some action and relax a bit. Since we think that a lot of our readers may also be interested in that matter, we decided to gather a list with some nice and free iPad games. From strategy to letters, shooting to angry birds flying around, here are 15 free iPad games you should give a try. ;)
Angry Birds Rio
The Angry Birds that many of us are addicted to now have a “Rio” version. Here, the original Angry Birds were kidnapped and taken to Rio de Janeiro. The game will twist the original game with some elements of the Fox motion picture Rio.
The nice thing is that this version is free and you have already 6 levels to play. Until the end of the year we will have some more.
Words With Friends Free
Play the famous words game with your friends or let your opponent be chosen randomly. For those who like crosswords, this can be a pretty cool game.
The interface is also nice and this version is free.
Rows 3D for iPad Lite
This one got my attention because it was the first recommendation on the App Store for free games for iPad, so I decided to try.
Never played this game before, so took me some time to figure it out. It’s a nice game, but nothing so interesting to be pointed as the first recommended game. ;)
Contract Killer
Another one figuring on the top 5 suggestions of the App Store, under free games for iPad.
This is not my kind of game because it’s full of stories, achievements and also you have to buy guns, munition and stuff like that, so if you are addicted to games, hide your wallet before beginning to play.
Doodle Fit
Nice and addictive game with a beautiful interface, good option to pass time and exercise the brain.
Bricks Breaking II HD
This is a simple and colorful game that can get your attention for a long time. Break groups of same colors blocks and get your way around to avoid filling up the screen.
Pac-Man Lite
For those who love to ‘go back in time’ and have some fun with a famous old school game, this is a nice option.
Flick Football
Most reviews about this game are awesome, so it got my attention. For those who like football and flick games, this is a great option since it will entertain you for a long time.
Fruit Ninja HD Lite
Just use the power of your finger to smash fruits that appear on the screen… watch out for the bomb though.
Big Time Gangsta
Again, I’m not a big fun of this kind of game, but since the Big Time Gangsta is pretty popular, decided to showcase the game here. ;)
Paper Toss HD Free
Yeah, the name says all. Toss papers away in several different places and with some stuff to disturb you from doing it.
Haunted Manor – Lord of Mirrors HD
Also another game with pretty good reviews and comments.
Texas Poker
For those into poker this is a good and free option. ;)
Gun Bros
A fun game with some really nice reviews, people seem to really like it.
Overkill
Another popular game with good reviews. A lot of action going on here for those who like shooting games.
