jsAnim is a pretty neat JavaScript animation library.
Unlike other graphic libraries for work with graphics, e.g. Raphaël, jsAnim is really simple, and weighs a mere 25 kilobytes.
Perhaps jsAnim’s best feature is “easing”, which allows using presets when doing animations.
The markup is straightforward, and, at least jsAnim’s developers claim that jsAnim “[isn't] sacrificing standards or accessibility”–which means it should work on most major browsers.

CppCMS is a web framework for C++ website development.
C++ seems impractical for coding websites.
However, anything except maybe Python (and ASM and binary of course) cannot compare with the speed of C++.
CppCMS is made for huge websites that will need to handle a bunch of incoming connections, and aims for nothing more than being a decent web framework.
You could call CppCMS the “C++ Django”, as it has more or less the same features.
Rocketgraphs.net have released a neat paper texture pack, which consists of 5 amusing paper-based textures.
These textures are solid, maybe a bit on the artsy side, but most of them can find a place in a design.
For example, the above image can be used for an improvised job advert.
Of course, they are all free to use.
Booklogue is an XHTML/CSS template for showcasing your book/cd/film/whatever collection.
The template is pretty straightforward: you merely need to modify it and add your own picks.
Although Booklogue was created to ease showcasing your personality, the template can work just as well for products.
Booklogue is neatly coded. You can add it to existing pages in a breeze.
Exposure is a jQuery image gallery plugin. Its 0.51 version was released yesterday.
Exposure offers a neat way of creating highly functional image galleries.
It weighs about 17kb, which is pretty standard for high-end plugins.
There are features, too: disable or enable thumbnails and controls; show or remove captions; keyboard navigation on and off; etc.
Perhaps the most remarkable features of Exposure are the numerous function calls, which allow you almost complete freedom of managing the plugin.
