SiteCake is an easy to use CMS with an intuitive interface that allows to drag & drop everything.
SiteCake doesn’t require a database and instead works only using PHP 5+.
The editing interface is really easy to use and works with drag&drop. If you need to implement something new, it’s as easy as dragging an HTML container to the page.
