Scripted is a lightweight code editor with a focus on JavaScript editing.
This screencast does a very good job of introducing potential users to this editor.
Basically Scripted seems like a great tool for JS developers as it encourages modular development and comes loaded with useful features such as file request debugging, auto complete for custom functions, etc.
