Base is a simple and responsive CSS framework.
Easy to learn and accessible, the framework aspires to be a neat solution for creating responsive for PCs, tablets and mobile phones.
Base comes with JS fallbacks, works on most browsers, including IE7+, and altogether offers a great escape to those disappointed by more elaborate CSS frameworks.
