www.tutorialshock.com have published an awesome tutorial on creating a vintage typewriter contact form with jQuery.
The form is created with CSS and jQuery, and works on most modern browsers.
I’ve yet to see such an interesting demonstration, to be honest. It even has sounds!
Although it is doubtless that many will use this form now, it is up to you to adapt the form and make it your own.
