Breakpoints.js is a jQuery library that makes managing responsive designs easier.
Basically, Breakpoint.js fires custom jQuery events when a window size threshold has been reached or exited.
This makes creating truly responsive designs a lot easier; it’s surprising that no one else had made a plugin like this beforehand.
