Cambelt is a placeholder-enerating web app.
Also available as a Ruby gem, Cambelt makes it rather easy to create placeholders — you can put them right inside img tags!
Cambelt offers a number of different choices, such as simple, text-filled placeholders and icon-filled placeholders, and such options are always welcome for such a fully-developed web app.
