Central.ly is a tumblr-like web application for building a company website/artist portfolio in a matter of seconds.
Although the websites built wit central.ly are by no means “professional”, with some CSS tweaks you can get away with a well-above-average website — without paying for it!
Central.ly is great for local business websites and portfolios; its pages, although they can lack some functions, are only as good as you make them.
