Jottit.com is a website for creating blogs in a matter of seconds.
To create a website, you only have to fill out a text box and claim the site if you are planning on using it again.
Although severely limited–no comments or anything even remotely fancy–the websites support HTML, so you can probably get Google ads and affiliate programs running.
Jottit is great for creating collaboration websites or personal blogs with simple-ish posts (you might prefer Tumblr for creating such blogs, though).
