Widgetkit is a Joomla/WordPress kit consisting of numerous widgets for enhancing the on-site experience for the visitor.
Although Widgketkit isn’t free, it has a free version containing five useful widgets:
- Lightbox
- Spotlight
- Media Player
- Slideshow (Lite)
The widgets are fully-blown and customizable, and best of all look great.
While the other widgets — maps, gallery, item ordering — seem nice, the free version provides the most popular widgets so it isn’t that meager as it could seem.
