Heatmap.js is Patric Wied’s library for generating web heatmaps.
Heatmaps are simply data indicators that display data with different frequencies.
You can use heatmaps for tracking user activity, for research purposes, and for determining which ads get the most clicks on your website.
Heatmap.js can also be used as a marker on maps (traffic, weather).
