HTML5Sticky is a sticky-notes web application made with… HTML5 and jQuery.
HTML5Sticky’s notes are persistent, meaning that closing the app won’t delete the notes. The notes can be customized with CSS.
The app works on Apple’s mobile devices, and is available under the MIT license, meaning you can alter the app to your liking.
