Slablet, “a slang word for a computer tablet such as the iPad or other branded tablet devices“, is actually a design framework for the iPad and other tablets.
The framework is driven by jQuery.
However, it avoids the JavaScript saturation of e.g. Sencha and focuses on the HTML and CSS aspects more.
Slablet uses iScroll for allowing scrolling on fixed size divs.
