tiltShift.js is a jQuery plugin for achieving a neat tilt-shift photo effect.
Tilt-shift photography can be used to achieve a miniature-like effect (if you’d make the effect more pronounced on the picture above, the plane would look like a miniature).
Available options are position, blur, focus point, falloff and direction.
Do note, though, that this library only works in Chrome and Safari 6+.
