Hovercard is a jQuery plugin for creating “hovercards” over text or elements that need explanation.
Hovercard is a versatile plugin and can display information ranging from standard text to multimedia and even realtime Twitter and Facebook feeds.
The markup is minimal, and uses no external CSS.
